Slow Flow
A slower, more focused version of Vinyasa flow. Grow your perseverance by steadying your breath during long posture holds. Find your grouding in the present moment, granting yourself loving-kindness. This class is perfect for yogis of all levels.
Express Mid-Day Yoga
Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Imagine the difference a 45-minute express lunchtime yoga class could make in your day. We’ll practice gentle asana, pranayama, and mudra techniques, along with a sequence for toning the vagus nerve to activate the relaxation response in your body.
